I got close. Unfortunately, I couldn't ever figure out how to make file uploads attach. I know that it's some sort of javascript problem, but I can't figure it out. I've run out of time to work on this and I had to go with e-commerce's paypernode. I'm looking forward to using Ubercart in the future.
