Well, if we were to put it on ubercart.org we would have to work a lot more on it. Right now the quality of the code isn't good enough. We will probably release it out here when we get the time to look at it.

But it'll be much worse to find what you need in that module, rather than just looking in the module I pointed you to (the gift module is much larger)
