Aye, the live sites forum is more historical, predating the inclusion of a separate live sites directory on the site. I suppose the thought was to distinguish between simple live site listings and write-ups/discussion about live sites. I wouldn't mind deprecating the forum if we think the discussions that have popped up around live sites would be likely to go on in other forums.
