Google Checkout integration is coming. It's a complete rewrite mostly because I forgot this was here, and it's really too late to do it yet again.

In the interest of getting something usable out quickly, the first version won't have support for coupons, discounts, or promotions. Google Checkout provides taxes on its own, so that leaves shipping as the biggest effort. The actual order and payment processing shouldn't be that big a deal.
