The answer to my own question.
You chose at first the project with no language selection.
After on the project page you choose the language.
After you have the choice of the version to select for the work.
That is because i don't need to approve or translate strings from older versions.
Is that right or not ?

I use no style to overcome the page freezing from
the scroll on Debian with firefox.
