Hey David, not sure about that extra page... it hasn't really happened to me any of the times I've printed one of the invoices off. All I can offer is the workaround to just manually choose to print page 1 only.

Re: links and such... are you saying the core invoice won't work w/ the logo image until clean URLs are turned on?
