I 'm trying to formulate again and more clearly the ask you didn't understand:

* i have two major reasons of accepting to validate a new client:
either i have already meet him/her in reality (i need a line in the validation form where the "applicant" can write some words to explain how he/she knows me)
or this future client is known by one of my actual client (a kind of friend of my riend are my friend).

So i would need a system where the already registered client can propose their friend and also where the new clients can write it down when they fulfill their form, the name of their "sponsored" friend with the ability for me to check automatically if the name exist or not in the data base.

It does not urge to have also "a bonus points system" for the registered client who sponsored other, but it could be great later...

Is it more clear ?
