UPS is gone after update

Hey folks,

the UPS quote is gone after updateting from RC1 to RC4...

I have the debug option activated but it seems that the quoting is even not started because there is no output... USPS works fine btw.

I ve noticed that you made some changes in the variable table so I filled out everything new but nothing.
