Holeepassion, you seem to be new to Drupal.

Remember, Ubercart is a Drupal module so first of all, it is very important that you get acquainted with the way Drupal works and its terminology (nodes, vocabularies, terms, that kind of stuff).

And then there are sub-modules for Ubercart, these are the ones you find on this site.

And as a final note, if you find you're not very technically inclined, please consider consulting with someone that knows Drupal / Ubercart to do the store for you, in order to save both time and headaches
