I don't know if you have gotten anyone yet for the GoEmerchant payment gateway, but I too am in need of similar. I don't know if anyone would be interested in helping someone out on this project. It would seem you could just take another payment gateway and mod it just enough to make it work, but I don't know enough to do that myself or I would.
