Looks cool and quite usable. I'm not a coder, but started to think if these "addresses" is better to be called "recipients"? I'm now thinking about a Christmas- or what ever Gift Shop, for example... there someone is buying presents willing to have delivery to certain people (or companies) who have different addresses.

So, in my opinion it's more logical if focusing more to the "recipients" than "addresses (addresses are, of course, connected to recipients, but the recipients are the ones the buyer most probably is looking for?)

Ideally... shopping cart could include several products and every product can have different recipient with different delivery address if needed! (Magento already have it, I think so...)

EDIT: I quickly tested this module a it really looks promising (the only confusing thing was, I'm now really selecting from "addresses" without a clear indication, to whom the delivery in question is actually going to) ...once again, thinking about a gift shop from the gift buyers point of view (one shopping session, selecting multiple gifts, every gift can have a different recipient with different delivery address)
