Thanks for you reply. That's what I did the first time.

In any case, I manually deleted the old tables as the uninstall did not work. Then re-enabled new module but the installation still did not work as tables were not created...

So I resorted to creating both uc_addresses & uc_addresses_defaults manually. After doing a manual installation, the zone issue disappeared.
