Well problem with all those hosts is they are WAY oversold and not just by a little. Now almost every host will over sell but some play the price/bandwidth/space game way above acceptable levels. Read their TOS and AUP and you'll see the real restrictions.

This is why one day I ended up getting my own dedicated server for my sites which eventually turned into a small local web hosting business.
