You must do this in your php.ini for UPS to work...

;extension=php_openssl.dll

extension=php_openssl.dll

just delete ; to activate, save your php.ini then restart your server

Give and you will receive, you will be given much. Pressed Down, Shaken together, Running Over, it will spill into your lap.
