10x Ryan for the quick reply - it makes sense what you wrote...
While reading I realized we actually might be able to enjoy both worlds -
1. CA events can trigger Rules.
2. We might be able to automatically create Rule actions/ conditions based on the API of CA - so a user can decide which module to use.

I'll keep my eye on this issue and we'll try to make it happen Smiling
