I'll get Andy to post in about the necessary gear. If I understand it right, we shouldn't need camping gear or bags... the boat should hold everyone comfortably who's responded. Power strips we can bring from our office, and I'll figure out the electrical situation.

Informally we figured that $50 would cover the cost of food for the weekend and gas for a runabout if we're able to get one for some water sports. I think the working idea is we'll just get a pool of money and divide the spoils. We might need to pitch in for gas for the drivers taking us down to the lake... more details in the morning.
