Lyle's actually been the one working this module. He's posted the code on drupal.org (http://drupal.org/project/uc_google_checkout), though I'm not sure if that's the latest. He's been doing some bugfixing per Google's feedback. Unless your deadline is next week, I'd wait a few days so we can green light it, and we'd love it if you could use Ubercart's referral link to sign up the account.
