I'm an idiot. That is the name of the module and the module's directory, however I left the uc_ off the module and info files. All looks good now, thanks Ryan. I was hoping it would be something simple as everything seemed fine. Will have a proper test next week.

BTW, I couldn't log in as imclean on this computer so I used my Drupal ID instead, which is actually where Ubercart got my info from in the first place.
