I'm using a developer's test account in test mode and I get the following error preventing the order from completing:

'We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.'

But I do notice the profile is created.

Also, on a side note when I click back to review the information I have to select the shipping method all over again.
