day 1 configuring Ubercart/drupal.. im loving it.

This is what Ive done:
enabled workflow-ng interface
created a flatrate shipping method called Local. the base & default prices are set $7.

From the workflow-ng interface ive created a rule
local-weight-check
w condition: Check a orders total weight (if greater than 25kg return true)

Problem: How do i get this showing the correct freight price?

Freight cost is per 25kg.
Sum: (Total Weight/25) * freight cost
but ensuring total weight <= #freight units*25

eg
14kg: $7
35kg: $14

Bonus question
I have another frieght option:
Base price: $7 for 5kg
$4 for each 5kg extra.
