I'm new to the community here. What would be the best way to go about shoring up the site subscription functionality in UC for Drupal 6? Would it be good for me to generate a feature list or is it obvious?
I think in general the features of subscriptions are obvious, but the trick is deciding what's already in place, what needs to be rewritten, what needs to be done, and how different pieces of core should work together. I think some of this could be answered without programming knowledge, but that certainly helps.
I was about to post in bounties but thought you might have some guidance. I'm totally willing to contract someone to to it and will put the resulting code back to the project. I'm also willing to code myself but would prefer someone who knows what they're doing in UC land.
We've worked with other companies to give special attention to parts of core that were lagging for their use. We'd happily chat about sponsored development, or if you can find someone w/ good knowledge of Ubercart who can submit patches that'd be good, too.
