I'll look into it... not entirely sure what's going on. Also, not sure if this is related to what you're doing or not, but there is an inherent limitation in the way recurring fees work alongside of role promotions atm... there is no default way to match one up to the other so that the recurring payment "renews" that role.

Our process is meant to work as follows --
- User pays for a "subscriber" role, which can be one month or three months.
- Within 7 days of expiration, a message is sent to the user notifying them their subscription will be automatically renewed unless they take action.
- If no action is taken, user credit card is charged again and role is renewed for the same time length of the original subscription. There is no 'promotion' to a different role, just extension of the same role.
Am I describing anything in this process which UC recurring fees cannot handle? Are you saying it is not possible to automatically renew roles, and this requires manual intervention?
This is rather important for me to understand, so please reply as soon as possible.
