I'm getting the following error:

CIM *is* enabled on my authorize.net account.
I'm trying to do RECURRING billing, so i followed the directions from the README.txt from uc_cim :
B) Leave the Payment Method and Billing Information panes enabled, and disable Payment Information pane.With this choice you get to keep the standard Ubercart checkout interface,
with CIM just working in the background. While your users won't be able to
select previously used credit cards, store admins will be able to charge
customers after checkout (useful for taking pre-orders that you won't
charge for until you ship, supporting recurring payments, taking follow-up
orders by phone...). You also gain the ability to process refunds from
within Ubercart.
This is what i get when enable the CVV field (/admin/store/settings/payment/edit/methods):
