Same Browser and OS as me But when ever I seem to test it works. I just tested it now (not logged in as admin) and I duplicated the error.

I did upgrade securepages today to fix a bug they had another bug which caused an issue, but i was too lazy to "Run Updates". Tsk Tsk Tsk. I ran the updates and cleared drupal cache in devel, and it appears to fix the problem for me at least.

Can you give it another go and see if the issue still happens for you.
