Ryan, I like your idea about simplifying rules to provide a UC focused UI. I'm picturing a UC Rules module that could work in the same realm of what SimpleViews is to Views. It could provide a simple interface that could create rules that are generally needed for UC, but those rules could also be edited in the advanced interface when needed. It is also a great way to get a user who might not be comfortable with the Rules UI more familiar when they see what was created from the simple UI. I'm in the 5% I suppose where I've needed to leverage a lot of Workflow-NG in D5 and am assuming that I'll need the full power of Rules in D6, so I'm dreading any sort of hacky solution for using Rules with Conditional Actions.
