It's cool to see you guys using Ubercart! I visited your site many times while I was figuring out what kind of kayak I was going to build. I eventually went with a skin on frame, and some of the information and links on your site helped me find what I needed. If I ever decide to make a strip-built, you guys will be first on my list.

One comment on the current design; the fixed width (1200px) of the theme is pretty wide - a lot wider than I normally make my browser. You might consider a variable width content area so the entire page will still be visible when the browser is not full screen.
