We added color to the forward-action buttons --- this definitely makes the process clearer, I think.

We're working on the page-width issue. Part of the problem is that the theme is (allegedly) fixed-width centered, and when there's extra-wide content, it flows off the right. We made the page Abilnet referenced a little narrower, and we've got a fluid-width theme in the works (which would then reduce the wasted space on the left side).
