It would be a very good thing if customers can not put anymore in their cart than the stock level. If I have a stock of 5 items, I dont want a customer to buy 10.

Also the stock should temperaryly fall as soon as its put in the cart. Then there could be a cron job to refresh stock levels, if a customers cart times out.
