Overall for a quick look it is graphically nice.
One of my pet issues with a lot of sites is that there is no quick way to see where you are located. Folks will not take the time to drill down in FAQ to find that information and you could loose a sale.
As a suggestion, place your business information in the footer of each and every page. If not there, then it should be a part of your 'contact us' form. Just add a address, phone, etc to that page. i.e. the more ways you can build up trust with your viewers, the better the possibility they will actually buy something IMO.
