Adding node-product.tpl.php to my theme directory isn't working. As far as I can tell, the default "product" content type is being used. I emptied the cache but that still has not fixed the problem. I am not really sure what to do.
Obviously I am doing something wrong because it is not working. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I added node-product.tpl.php to my theme directory. I put the code in it. Emptied the cache. And i'm 100% positive that my node type is 'product'.
I'm working with a zen-subtheme if that info is of any help.
Can anyone help me/us out on this?
