We decided to go with Paypal, but here's a little nugget in case others out there run into a similar question: I talked with Plug N Pay support and they said that you can configure a setup with them by using Authorize.net's method, and substituting their...stuff. Again, I didn't have time to test the veracity of this claim, but that's what an initial support request yielded.
