Same problem here. I received the order email from G but nothing from UC/drupal.

I've set up Google Check Out in UC in the past and never had this problem. I'm using a new install downloaded about 3 weeks ago.

If I access the GCO url on my site I get the lovely error... I don't know if this is because I didn't actually post anything of if this is a real issue.
