I have just tested this problem on a clean install of 5.21, UC1.9 and module version 1.21 and receive the same problem.

Whilst we are on the issue of attributes, shouldn't the module also add VAT to prices within the attribute on the product page? (ie within the drop down where the additional cost is shown)
