So please bear with me if this isn't what your looking for.

When you click on a product, in the lower right hand corner it lists all the key words associated with that node.

So you'd have "Term1 - Term 2 - Term 3"

Clicking on any of those terms will list each item that shares that term.

This is the way it works on my site.
