To fix the issue & avoid seeing "There is a technical issue while processing the payment...." add a simple page on your site call it receipt.html with attached code
Go to SIM settings & set Relay Response URL path: to www.yourwebsite.com/receipt.html. And that should print the receipt number for the customer and not show the "technical error" etc. You can set a redirect on this page to go to your home page etc.
