I am having a challenge I believe I got everything set up correct up to this point, one hurdle I need to get over is to find where I get the APP ID, I keep getting the below error:

This transaction cannot be completed at this time. Error message from PayPal: The X-PAYPAL-APPLICATION-ID header contains an invalid value If this error continues please contact the site administrators.

I created an account on x.com however I do not see the app id. Do I need to submit an app to get an id? How does this process work?

Two other questions; the requirements for my site are that the seller gets 100% of the commission paid into their Paypal account upon completion of the sale. I am wondering if the updated module at line #21 should facilitate this? So far it seems so as all settings that I believe are needed I successful got entered. Next question how do I setup a form alter? Is their a module you recommend to do this? How can it be done. I appreciate your help.
