I just downloaded the latest buid and tested, and it's 1/2 fixed, the shipping is getting caclulated now after an selection of address, but the bottom panel is not reponding to the first click, and the shipping method is still showing the one picked in your prior selection, so when you pick one shipping method after another, you'll see the the bottom panel lags by one click.
