test failure

there were some hungarian characters which fail to import well, also, I corrected the count of the zones to 20, I had it 8 by mistake first time

UTF-8

The other problem with it the charcter encoding, because this file is encoded with iso-8859-2, but for me it is only working, if it UTF-8. I made this change in the attached file bellow.

I can commit it to core... dunno how it slipped through the cracks before. You want it to go in w/o any accent marks?

utf8 and with accents would do it... but somebody else test it too, like it works fine before commiting it...

Ok, I modified your initial posting w/ the fixes and saved in UTF-8. If it looks good to you on the Livetest, I'll go ahead and commit it to core.
