0.8THIS MODULE IS DEPRECATED!
PLEASE USE THIS ONE: http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/2184
---------------------------------
This module provides a fee based on payment method choice. You can adjust the fee, and the calculation method (add or multiply) always using the order total.
The module is tested and in use in live situation, it's not tested in different environments en setups. I don't know how it behaves with tax module for example.
Feedback is very welcome.
Regards,
Kees
My wishlist:
-Display fee behind the method label without altering core code.
-Hide the line-item when selecting a method with a zero value fee.

Please do, like i said, "Feedback is very welcome."
Great, but...
Nice module, but shouldn't the fee show up on the invoice and in the order admin section?
Re: Great, but...
Yes, it does, at least, it does in Alpha 7b.
It should add, and save a "line item", so it is supposed to show up in invoice and admin.
Chances are that this module needs to be updated with API changes in Ubercart core.
I will look into it, but not very soon. If you (some one) can provide more info, or bether, a patch, that will be a lot of help.

Re: Payment method fee
0p7 is now Alpha8 compatible, please test/give feedback.
Re: Great, but...
Bug found, if fee is multiplied with(not added to) the order total the fee is never shown in invoice.
Its fixed in 0.8.
uc_pma
By the way:
The uc_pma module seems to be a much better solution for te request of payment method fees.

Confirmed. I wrote the other one based on a patch from cYu that I think was inspired by this work originally. Long trail. hehe
Basically, it adds the feature using hooks and also resulted in a core improvement in the JS for line item previews.
