Function theme_uc_cart_block_content() in uc_cart.module:

Description:

This function themes the content of the shopping cart block. By default this is a list of items in the cart with links to the product pages. It also includes "View cart" and "Checkout" links.

Return value:

A string containing the HTML output for the content of the shopping cart block.
