In the update from alpha8 to beta removed the catalog URL in favor of Pathauto integration. Unfortunately, Lyle was an irresponsible developer and didn't preserve the data. However, this is easily fixed.

On the Pathauto page under Site configuration, put path_to_catalog/[catpath-raw] in the Catalog Path Settings. "path_to_catalog" should be whatever you had set your catalog URL to be. Check the "Bulk generate aliases" box and click "Save configuration". It might run for a little while, but that's all you have to do to get back to the way it was.
