This module is meant to implement the PayPal Adapative API payment method within Ubercart. This module is meant to integrate with Marketplace, to allow a site owner to
take commission as the sales are made to avoid having to make use of Mass Paypal after the fact.

Comments are quite welcome, as this is still fairly early in development.
