Beta 5 Alive

Just wanted to direct your attention to the big news if you haven't seen it... beta 5 is alive. Test it and let us know how it drives. We're aiming to put out some release candidates next week if we can swing it, so be sure to report any bugs or installation/update problems. Woohoo!
I have been avoiding the other betas because there was too much on my plate. Wow. Oh my goodness, what a huge step from alpha 8. The team has done some amazing work. The product on a grid layout is optimal for my store. (http://ironpickets.com/ucart/catalog/3/ribbon). Thanks for the tremendous work. I am lookging going live in less than 7 days. Nice work. I just hope I get a chance to add some iron pickets to a banister in my house... none of our stairs have decent rails... but I'd have to convince my wife and fine some that go with the gargoyles I plan to decorate with. (On a side note... reminding myself that we need to get a clear: both; property on the catalog grid. Looking @ David's site in 1024x768 pops it out to the right because of a floated image.) I just went there and the layout looks a bit weird in Firefox (2.0.0.12) See the attached screenshot. The text (in IE and FF) in the login block isn't visible either, but i'm sure you knew that already.
+1 for the Short Circuit reference! I spent the night styling and fixing the invisible text and the images that float to the right. I am very happy with the "One Cart to Rule them all." Thanks for the screen shot. I did have a funny issue with Safari only. Thanks again. David Strickland
