This is another personal victory post of sorts. As promised in yesterday's announcement about the form summaries documentation, I have completed the updated TAPIr documentation. It took another good several hours of testing, development, code commenting, and writing to produce what's there. I know it won't be perfect, but I hope it's a good start for module developers who have been interacting with TAPIr tables in the Ubercart core. If there are any questions as you migrate and work on your modules, don't hesitate to post them in this thread! I'll update the documentation accordingly.

Next on the chopping block, the new conditional actions UI. Cool

ubercart 2.X

I looked all over for a potential release date of 2.x but could not find anything. The question is do I install 5.X drupal and 1.6 and go through the update process or install 6 and wait?

Thanks

Ubercart 2.0

I'm just finishing up my first live website with ubercart 2.0.

Ubercart appears to run fine. You can expect to run into some hassles working with Drupal 6, but aside from some "Secure Pages" module bugs, no real issues with Ubercart. Seems to work as normal.

You get a bunch of goodies with Drupal 6 like CCK 2.0 and Views 2.0 and a much better Zen theming framework. If you want less hassles though, stick with Drupal 5 for now. If you want the "latest (does always mean greatest)" then go for Drupal 6 and Ubercart 2.0.
