I can't find any solution that exists already, but if you do know of anything before I part with my money I'd really appreciate it!
I'll explain what my site is trying to achieve. Our company gathers information about houses and other properties. Under British law, when a person is selling their home, they must collect information about their home such as electricity checks etc. For a fee, we can collect that information, and send it to them. Using Ubercart, I've customised it so that we can collect the address and other details from the customer so that we can proceed to collect the required information, upon payment.
After collecting the information, we have to send it to the customer via email (in PDF or ZIP/RAR form), and send a copy of the attachment to an estate agent's email address, which will be different every time. We want to keep this within the realms of Drupal, avoiding email software.
So I require a module which will somehow allow us to edit orders, upload a file, which will then send to the customer's specified email address. Within the same process, allow us to type an email address in (the estate agent email address), which will send a copy of the attached file and perhaps information such as the property address. I hope this makes sense!
