I'm building a community site for my client and they need to use PlugnPay.com as their payment gateway...PlugnPay.com is actually a fellow sister company to my client's firm so there may be a chance to get this module somehow officially sponsored if it is rock-solid and rounded out. This is more a preliminary attempt to gauge how much it will cost to get this done, and our preferred deadline is within the next month. I'm a fairly experienced Drupal power-user, but I don't do custom coded modules, and especially not when there are financial things involved.

If you are chosen for the project, I can get you any API or configuration specifications you need. We can also do a stagger implementation...the primary functionality we need first is integrated payments that won't require users to leave the site in any way, but recurring payments etc. could be down the line as well if the development relationship goes well.
