Hi all,
I've got an issue with Ubercart and the uc_protx module (Protx/SagePay VSP Form payment module).
Customers add an item to their basket, proceed to checkout, fill their details in and submit the order. From there, they are taken to the Protx/SagePay payment gateway to enter their sensitive details. When they submit their details, SagePay receives the order successfully, takes the money and sends a confirmation email to the customer. However, my Drupal installation does not complete the order. Instead it stays 'in checkout'.
I can only think of two reasons why this is happening. Either the workflow isn't working correctly and therefore doesn't update to 'payment received' or 'completed', or, SagePay isn't telling Drupal that it has successfully received payment.
I've spent many hours trying to figure this one out. I have looked at the workflow, added extra conditions, swapped the order of the conditions around but to no avail.
I'm happy to pay but we are on a tight budget. And the work needs completing as soon as possible - we really want to go live this week. I've supplied work to previous users of the Ubercart and Drupal forums so if you'd like references please ask. I'm an honest guy, I pay half up front and half when the work is completed. An invoice will be required from whoever undertakes the work. Of course, if you think you can think of anything I could try myself please do let me know.
