UPDATE: patch is now available: http://drupal.org/node/809972 We're hoping to get it into the next version of ubercart so please review!

While Ubercart 2.x already supports cybersource Silent Post payment option, the simpler Hosted Order Pages option is not supported.

We would like to sponsor a contributed module for drupal 6 / ubercart 2 that extends cybersource support for Hosted Order Pages instead of Silent Post.

According to cybersource, implementing Hosted Order Pages is much more straightforward than Silent Post:

For business reasons our company is not allowed to accept credit cards on our website, so Silent Post is not an option.

Module For Cybersource HOP Service

I have developed a module which integrates Ubercart with CyberSource HOP service.
A demo is available for now at testsite dot goeport dot com (the demo is temporary).

I am happy to give this module to the community. It would also be nice if it is integrated with the existing CyberSource module for Silent Order Post service so that instead of two separate modules just one module takes care of all the services. Users just select any of the services from store configuration page.

Suggestion, collaboration or sponsorship to advance this module further is greatly appreciated.

Great. I'm considering a proposal from a drupal dev shop right now. They'll definitely make the contributed module available to the community when it's ready, probably in early March?

The issue now is we're not sure we can fully fund the module development and maintenance, so we may have to scale back the project some or just hope someone else in the community can help co-maintain it.

Hi wisdom, if you want to contribute the work you've already put into this you can setup an account with ubercart.org or drupal.org so others can look at your work and see if they'd like to collaborate that way.

We're probably going to hire a development team to build this module, if we can afford it, but your contributions either in advance (by sharing what you've done already) or after (by helping test the module once it's completed) would be most welcome.

Cybersource Not completing transaction

I installed the Cybersource Silet Post, got the HOP file from cybersource, placed on the correct folder on my server.

Order is processed correctly on the site, even the completed order message comes up with no errors. however the order never shows up on cybersource gateway.

any ideas of what could be the cause?

any help much appreciated.
