Hello, not sure if this is the right place, since it is not a fixed "bounty" i am offering, but rather a chance to work "with me" on various projects.
You should be really good at ubercart [several sites under the belt, or at least one mega-site].
You should also be capable to hooking into, or even extending ubercart where needed, and you should have also already done at least one custom-module development extention for something in drupal-land.
PHP, MySQL essential. Your focus will be back end.
I'm developing front on several projects, and working with some other good people, but need more tallent on the backend [and especially ubercart] to make all my projects fly.
You should be very comfortable and accessible by skype/chat, and generally available for us to talk while the project is progressing. I'll typically be farming out tasks to you for a given project [some straight forward, others require data analysis so that you can make suggestions / plans of approach / schema designs].
