I have a project at hand ready to start and needs to be completed by Nov 23.

The site will run on Drupal 5.3 + Ubercart. No fancy mod, payment via PayPal.

Your deliverables are:
1. Conversion of given PSD to Drupal theme
2. Set up Ubercart and customize product template
